Increased stickiness - v0.5.3
Trappist » Devlog
In most base building games, your bases tend to stand still. In Trappist you’ll be building on the Ark, often while it’s orbiting one planet or flying towards another.
This update improves how the camera sticks to the Ark while building. With the extra stickiness it should be easier to place buildings exactly where you want.
It’s probably not perfect yet, so let me know how this goes!
The full changelog for the v0.5.3 update:
- Improved camera controls while constructing buildings on a moving Ark
- Use “physical keys” to map keybindings to their position on a qwerty layout
- Fix brightness levels on the Desert Planet
- Fixes to various tooltips and dialogs
- Upgraded to Unity 2022.2
